Wepsi? Pepine?

For the past 6 months I have been drinking wine and Pepsi on a regular basis. My friend, Jose, introduced it to me, saying that it is a very popular combination in Spain. I don't know if this is true, but I do know that wine and Pepsi are yummy together. It has become my drink of choice.

Try it. Here's how:

Use a cheap red wine. I use whatever is around. Cab. Merlot. 2-buck-Chuck works really well and, at $1.99 a bottle, is especially cheap. Don't waste a good bottle of wine on this!

I like it with cold Pepsi. I know red wine isn't supposed to be cold, but it is not supposed to be mixed with soda, either.

Pour the wine in the glass, then pour in the Pepsi. I don't really measure. I just put, say, half wine, half Pepsi. Or whatever you think is good.
